    My acne went away when I stopped eating all dairy products. No dairy. That was my answer.
    Great sources of calcium are oranges, almonds, sesame seeds and Broccoli.

    Proactive company target on the young, the chemical’s and ingredient’s in proactive are the same as a supplement you can buy at the chemist, if you want to pay more for a different bottle, its your wallet. People will spend more, because it will make them feel better.

    Its been a week, and I’ve been drinking only water, putting on a mint face mask that closes pores and drys up the acne, washing my face with a face wash called ‘Equate’, and using a skin toner, and it’s really been working. Cant wait to see my results in a month or so.

    I took Accutane for 4 months in 1984.
    It left me with a permanent dry-skin condition.
    Plus, Accutane give people even worse acne during the first month you take it. Scarring people even worse.
    Later, I figured out that if I stopped eating dairy products, I didn’t get ANY acne at all.

    You all are dumb as if you think these acne products like proactiv or oxy stop acne. Very stupid.

    There is only one true medication that truely stops acne and thats Accutane which is a prescription pill you take for 4-6 months.

    I now only wipe my face clean with low-mineral water (e.g. volvic) on cotton wool once or twice a day, and sometimes apply a bit of coconut oil on the NATURALLY GREASY areas, to prevent my skin from getting dry and flaky, and/ or producing even more sebum (which makes acne worse).
    My skin looks (and feels) healthier than ever. LOADS of money and time saved too. Drink bottled/filtered water, Don’t eat too much proteins, prepared foods, snack on whole raw carrots, limit wheat and dairy. Gd luck.
